Throughout a Reflexology and Reiki treatment, Chakras are also affected by the treatment and is aimed at re balancing the chakras remembering, the aim of Reflexology is to aid the body to come back to a state of homeostasis.

Chakradance™ is a gentle movement and guided meditation which enables Chakras to let go of any energies that inhibit them from freely spinning.

I look forward to seeing you at your next session.

Many Blessings
